Thanks to Kassie and all the team at Strata Sphere for helping us with our Body Corp management for many years. They are always on hand to help us navigate the never-ending complexities of legislation and regulations ensuring we get the best possible outcome for owners on any matter that arises. We appreciate you being an integral part of our body corp team.

Philip Mussared

Thank you for arranging an informative session for Strata Sphere clients. Benita did a great job of keeping proceedings orderly and on time. The presentations were topical and relevant. Having a presentation from a GGCC councilor was particularly useful. There certainly seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about roles and responsibilities between the State Govt, GGCC, the Strata Manager, the BCM and the individual owners! A topic for a future session could be managing strata facilities for EVs and safeguarding against the risks with lithium batteries more generally (scooters, bikes etc).
