This allows you to communicate with the body corporate about breaches of the legislation and suggestions on how to fix the problem. Having a presentation from a GGCC councilor was particularly useful. There certainly seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about roles and responsibilities between the State Govt, GGCC, the Strata Manager, the BCM and the individual owners! A topic for a future session could be managing strata facilities for EVs and safeguarding against the risks with lithium batteries more generally (scooters, bikes etc).
