Dianna (Di) has worked within the strata sector for over 25 years and is an accomplished strata manager with a passion for supporting owners. More recently she held leadership roles within some of the larger national strata & body corporate providers but has always remained committed to supporting properties locally in Queensland. She strives to ensure there is a balanced approach to the compliance requirements associated with owning in a Body Corporate while managing the emotive element that comes with community living for both the owner occupier or investor.

Chloe started with Strata Sphere Management in 2020 as part of the Administration Team. Since then, she has been developing her knowledge in all areas of the body corporate management sector and is eager to continue developing her knowledge and skills and looks forward to assisting our clients on a daily basis. Outside of work, Chloe is an avid traveller and enjoys experiencing new destinations and different cultures.

Katrina joined the Strata Sphere team in October 2021, bringing with her a decade of experience in Hotel Management within Strata Property. With a strong foundation in customer service, Katrina thrives at building client relationships and is committed to expanding her expertise in all areas of body corporate management. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and positive work ethic make her a valued member of the team.

Alicia has Body Corporate experience in both Queensland and New South Wales Legislation, joining the Strata Sphere team in March 2020. Alicia also holds a BA(Hons) and has a passion for Strata with over 20 years of customer service knowledge, she strives to create a positive experience when connecting with clients. With over 15 years administration experience, Alicia has previously operated in Management Rights, Property Management and Resort and Hotel Management. To accompany Alicia’s experience, she also holds a Certificate IV in Strata Management.

Natalie joined the strata industry in February 2013 and quickly distinguished herself with her expertise and commitment to excellence. By January 2015, she was managing her own portfolio, specializing in large residential, layered, and mixed-use schemes, including building management groups. Her extensive experience encompasses a broad spectrum of strata management, with a particular emphasis on complex and high-profile properties. Before transitioning into the strata industry, Natalie excelled in the Graphic Design & Marketing sectors, where she held significant management roles. Makayla has a keen interest in customer service which began with casual retail work while completing secondary school. Through retail opportunities she learnt the value of a customers experience and how that translates to the success of a sale. Makayla enjoys a challenge and working with people to help achieve the best outcome. Having transitioned into Strata Management, Makayla is now drawing on her customer service experience when working with owners, contractors and other stakeholders.

Tricia recently joined the Strata Sphere Management team in 2024 and quickly established herself as the cornerstone of our client communication. As our Receptionist, she not only efficiently directs incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team members, but also plays a vital role in fostering strong and positive client relationships. Tricia's warm and welcoming demeanor creates an immediate positive impression, while her proactive communication ensures that client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
