- BCCM Form 36 – Motion to the body corporate. This can be used to ask the body corporate or committee to make a decision on a matter.
- BCCM Form 37a – Self resolution with an owner and/or occupier. This allows you to communicate with another owner or occupier if you believe they are breaching the legislation or by-laws. It also allows you to ask what you want them to do to resolve the issue.
- BCCM Form 37b – Self resolution with the body corporate. This allows you to communicate with the body corporate about breaches of the legislation and suggestions on how to fix the problem. It offers the body corporate to contact you to provide alternative solutions in an effort to resolve the dispute. This form opens the lines of communication in a respectful manner.
